Responsibilities

• Safety & Compliance: Operate the vehicle defensively, adhere to traffic laws, and ensure the safety of all passengers, including those with disabilities.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct daily inspections (brakes, lights, oil) before trips, report maintenance issues to the workshop, and ensure the bus is clean and comfortable.
• Passenger Service: Assist passengers with loading/unloading luggage, provide information, and handle inquiries in a polite, professional manner.
• Scheduling & Routing: Follow designated routes, maintain, and adhere to pick-up/drop-off schedules and timings.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate vehicle logs, trip records, and report any incidents or accidents immediately.
• Route Navigation: Navigate traffic efficiently to ensure timely arrival and departure.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• 5–10years of driving experience.
• Strong knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.
• Good customer service skills and a courteous demeanor.
• Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks.
