Job Summary

• Jewels Leading Lights Academy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Co-Educator to support teaching and learning in our Early Years classes.
• The ideal candidate will work closely with the Lead Teacher to create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for young learners.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Teacher in delivering lessons and activities.
• Support children’s academic, emotional, and social development.
• Prepare learning materials and maintain a well-organized classroom.
• Supervise children during learning, play, and meal times.
• Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues.
• Uphold school values, policies, and child safeguarding standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of NCE or Bachelor’s Degree in Education/Early Childhood Education.
• 1–2 years of experience working with children in a school or childcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
