You will be working as a part of the CNS Sales support team, reporting to Head of CNS Sales, and acting as main business interface towards the CUs. We are looking for a strong and passionate profile, capable of operating in multicultural environment and developing relationships with Customer Unit (CU) Sales and CU Presales teams. In our ideal candidate, we value a healthy mix of diverse work experiences as well as curiosity and understanding of technical and commercial aspects of the CNS service area.
What you will do:
Responsible for CNS presales in the MA/CU and develop CNS business to meet the financial targets.
Understand the operator strategy and pain points and how to turn this into business opportunities for Ericsson CNS services
Develop the CU CNS strategy and account plans
Work closely and align with KAMs, CU presales teams, Service Line and CU Delivery.
Proactively support the KAMs in customer engagements with highly relevant offerings and value argumentation.
Develop proposals including services and software from CNS, prepare RFQ responses for CNS tenders (SoW, scoping, costing, pricing, T&C, etc.)
In BCSS, work closely with SA Optimize, as well as corresponding global delivery units (SCUs/SDUs)
Drive thought leadership (e.g. operator strategy for best performing networks, value argumentation & sales innovation), share best practices and facilitate collaboration across MA and with BA.
The skills you bring:
7-10 years’ experience of selling and delivering CNS services.
