Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Cluster Manager to oversee a portfolio of facilities and ensure the highest standards of service delivery to our clients.
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-profile clients and delivering exceptional facility management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned sites within the cluster.
• Identify opportunities for service improvement and business growth.
• Manage relationships with high-profile clients, ensuring service excellence and satisfaction.
• Lead and supervise facility teams, driving productivity and professionalism.
• Develop and implement maintenance, safety, and service delivery plans.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and performance indicators across sites.
• Ensure compliance with QHSE standards and company policies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 - 7 years’ experience in facility management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Strong track record of managing high-profile clients and delivering premium service.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Sound knowledge of facility management operations, vendor management
• Professional certification an added advantage.
