About the Role

• We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Trainer with hands-on experience in aesthetic training.
• The ideal candidate will deliver high–quality clinical education, support product adoption, and contribute to the professional growth of healthcare practitioners across our partner locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver practical and theoretical training on aesthetic devices, injectables, and skincare products.
• Develop up-to-date training materials, including SOPs, manuals, and presentations.
• Support product launches through demonstrations, workshops, and field engagement.
• Assess learning outcomes using tests, feedback forms, and post-training evaluations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in medical aesthetics and device operations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and technical teams to ensure accurate product knowledge and messaging.
• Conduct on-site training, troubleshoot device usage, and promote best practices.
• Ensure adherence to medical, ethical, and safety standards.
• Submit training reports and recommendations to management.
• Represent the company professionally in all training and customer-facing engagements.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Training completion rates for new hires
• Improvement in pre- and post-training competency scores
• Alignment of training content with clinical guidelines and company policies

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years practical experience in aesthetic training
• Proven experience facilitating training, workshops, or clinical education
• Strong curriculum design and presentation skills
• Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate learners
• Excellent organizational, communication, and reporting abilities
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
