Clinical Pharmacist at Westend Clinic

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinical Pharmacist at WESTEND HOSPITAL.
• As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing drug information to healthcare professionals and patients, monitoring patient medication therapies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• You will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Practice and Pharmaceutical Care
• Knowledge of Medicine and Pharmacology
• Experience in Compounding medications
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Current Pharmacist license
• Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred
