Responsibilities

• Building relationships with business owners on an everyday basis
• Account acquisition and account management
• Conducting presentations with business owners on behalf of our clients to promote their products and services
• Direct marketing, customer acquisition, lead generation & customer services skills required
• Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value
• Aid in the design and development of product/services delivery
• Mediate between clients and the organization to resolve customer requests and complaints

Requirements

• 2 – 5 years’ experience in Sales, Customer service, Retail or Hospitality
• Strong Work Ethic

• Winning Attitude
• Desire to Achieve Above Average Results
• HND, BSc
• Very Good Computer skills (Excel, Microsoft word) - To be tested
• Good communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Currently living in Lagos
