Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and support a team of recruitment specialists to achieve performance goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to ensure exceptional client and student success.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions and agents.
• Monitor and analyse team performance using KPIs, and take appropriate actions to meet and exceed targets.
• Handle escalated client issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and regulations to provide strategic insights.
• Foster a positive, results-oriented work environment and inspire the team to excel.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in International Student Recruitment or the Study Abroad industry.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and implement strategies that drive results.
• Proficiency in analysing performance metrics and making data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve shared goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of visa and admission processes for international students.
• Experience working with educational institutions or recruitment agencies.
