Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Client Services Manager at Brands Optimal Limited located in Ikeja.
• As a Senior Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and effectively addressing their needs.
• You will also be responsible for leading a team of client services professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a relevant field.
• Atleast 5 years cognate experience as a Client Services/Engagement Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of client service principles and practices.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
