Job Summary:

A leading company in the Beverage sector, with a great focus on the distribution of wines and spirits, is seeking to hire a Client Service Manager who will act as a liaison between a business and its customers. The ideal candidate will help to bring new clients on board, and ensure clients receive exceptional service while the business's sales goals are supported.

Requirements:

• A graduate degree in Accounting, Marketing, Business Admin or any related discipline
• MSc is an added advantage
• 5+ years prior experience in client service roles
• Proven experience in a leadership role is required
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills 
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs, especially Excel and Word
• Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques
