Client Service Officer at Morgan Consultancy Services

Responsibilities

• Engage prospective clients and convert them to company clients
• Give advice to clients on their application processes, and manage customer relationship expertly
• File and processing clients’ documents
• Liaise with clients, 3rd parties and college/university representatives to facilitate client's documentations
• Ensure all the information provided by the client is accurate and correct while preparing and checking all legal documents
• Maintain strong working relationship with clients and colleagues
• Oversee the completion of all relevant visa application documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the company, colleges/institution, and authorities
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements

• MUST be able to speak and write in English excellently
• Should have sound interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Should have an OND / HND
• Should be preferably male
• Must be computer savvy
• Must have completed NYSC
• Should be solution-oriented to fulfilling duties.
