    Client Service Manager

    • We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Client Service Manager to join our team.
    • If you are a motivated individual with a strong background in client service, sales, and media, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Build & Maintain Client Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
    • Identify Business Opportunities: Recognize new business opportunities, driving sales efforts to meet or exceed revenue targets while promoting company services.
    • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely, successful delivery of projects, services, and campaigns.
    • Sales Proposals & Presentations: Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, presentations, and contracts to clients to drive business growth.
    • Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business expansion.
    • Client Satisfaction & Support: Coordinate with clients to ensure satisfaction, promptly resolve any issues, and address concerns, fostering long-term partnerships.
    • Manage Project Success: Oversee client expectations, timelines, and budgets to ensure projects are delivered successfully and on schedule.
    • Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective client engagement and service delivery.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in sales or client services within media, entertainment, or related industries.
    • Strong understanding of media landscape and entertainment trends.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional client service.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
    • Passionate about media and entertainment, with a commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences.
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
