    Client Relationship Officer

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    As a client relationship manager at Waje Smart Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for building strong, long-term relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and customer support, to deliver value to our clients and drive revenue growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their main point of contact for all inquiries and support needs.
    • Identify opportunities to expand the scope of services provided to existing clients, upsell additional products or services, and manage the account's revenue growth.
    • Understand the unique needs and challenges of each client, ensuring that our solutions align with their goals and objectives.
    • Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and gather feedback to improve client satisfaction.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the accounts that you manage cross selling and upselling various solutions and services that we offer.
    • Work with the business development team to develop new products, client penetration strategies, and coordinate with customer support to resolve any issues promptly.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records, client profiles, and documentation to ensure smooth account management.
    • Provide regular reports on account status, growth, and client satisfaction to the management team.
    • Act as a liaison between the client and our company, ensuring that any issues or challenges are resolved effectively and efficiently.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's degree/HND in any discipline with a minimum of 2nd class lower or its equivalent.
    • Minimum 3 years working experience in ICT industry.
    • Proven experience in account management or a related role in the preferably in the IT industry.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think strategically.
    • Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to client satisfaction.
    • Self-motivated and results-driven with a high level of accountability.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite especially MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
