Job Description
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries, concerns, and provide updates on property listings, transactions and market trends.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and provide personalized assistance.
- Assist clients with information and project update after closing of the deal by the investment advisers to the delivery of the land or carcass to the client.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to exceed clients’ expectations.
Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's Degree and experience in the same role for 2 years and above.
