We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will support client needs, ensure satisfaction, and contribute to business growth through excellent service delivery and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Handle client inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
Assist in developing strategies to improve client retention and satisfaction.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
1–5 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
