Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Abuja.
• The Relationship Manager will work closely with clients to establish strong professional relationships, identify financial needs, and provide personalized banking solutions.
• Responsibilities include managing client portfolios, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, ensuring timely follow-up on client inquiries, and identifying opportunities for business growth.
• Collaboration with internal teams to ensure clients' financial goals are achieved and adherence to regulatory and compliance standards is also required.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship management, client service, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency in financial analysis, portfolio management, and business development strategies
• Ability to lead client interactions, identify client needs, and provide tailored solutions
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Proficiency in banking software and digital tools is a plus
• Understanding of microfinance principles and financial inclusion strategies
• Experience in a similar role within the financial industry is preferred
