• As Client Relations Officer, you will be tasked with facilitatingexceptional service and communication between clients and laboratory staff wiith key responsibilities whichincludes but is not limited to:

Responsibilities

• Client communication and support.
• Sample coordination and tracking.
• Results delivery and follow-up.
• Relationship building and business development.
• Quality and compliance adherence.
• Administrative tasks (patient registrations, HMO Pa codes, conflict resolution).

Requirement

• Excellent communication skills.
• Collaborativete and patient approach to handling situations.
• Experience in the helthh industry is a strong advantage.
