Client Officers at Ranchi Empowerment Centre (REC)

Job Summary:

We are a fast growing Micro-Finance Institution engaged in supporting women owned micro businesses with soft loans and business support services. As a result of business expansion, we need the services of 15 self-motivated client officers to join our growing team. In this position, you will play a key role by performing various client services and field monitoring task. You should be a fast learner and comfortable undertaking a variety of activities which includes, organizing documents, basic bookkeeping, and relationship management. Reliability, a strong work ethic combined with a high level of integrity is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Disburse funds to approved women owned businesses
• Manage relationship with clients
• Monitor and track loan utilization and recovery
• Support clients’ business development
• Organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary
• Create and maintain updated documents and spreadsheets

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Minimum of OND degree
• High sense of integrity
• Open to learning
