    Client Management Officer

    About the job

    • Efficiently manage client receivables and ensure timely invoicing.
    • Collaborate with clients to resolve any invoicing discrepancies or issues promptly.
    • Implement and maintain credit control policies and procedures.
    • Evaluate client creditworthiness and establish appropriate credit limits.
    • Develop and execute strategies to reduce debtors days and improve cash flow.
    • Work closely with clients to facilitate timely payments and resolve payment-related issues.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for account-related matters.
    • Conduct regular account reviews to ensure client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
    • Analyze financial data and client payment patterns to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Prepare and present reports on receivables, credit control, and debtors days.
    • Work closely with sales, finance, and other internal teams to address client needs and achieve organizational objectives.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance overall account management processes.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and responsiveness.
    • Develop account plans and strategies to meet client objectives and maximize business opportunities.
    • Collaborate with clients to identify areas for growth and propose innovative solutions.
    • Work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services to clients.
    • Monitor service performance and address any issues or concerns promptly.
    • Provide tailored solutions to meet client needs and enhance their overall experience.
    • Ensure compliance with GDPR and NDPR regulations in all client interactions.
    • Collaborate with the compliance team to address any data protection concerns.
    • Generate regular reports on account performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
    • Conduct data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for account growth.
    • Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to continuously improve service delivery.
    • Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly.
    • Perform other related duties that may be required.
