Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role in Lagos for a Client Advisor at Alert Group. The Client Advisor will be responsible for managing client relations, ensuring customer satisfaction, communicating effectively with clients, providing high-quality customer service, and offering insurance solutions.
Qualifications
- Client Relations, Communication, and Customer Service skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Insurance knowledge
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in the financial or insurance industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
