WORK HOURS
Monday to Friday, except National Holidays
7:45 am to 5:00 pm
MUST live in Ikeja, Lagos State, Nigeria
JANITORIAL DUTIES
Open office entrances, windows and ensure the airways
Wipe, dust, sweep and mop all furniture, all designated office spaces, and all areas considered part of the office, including window glass and frames, both exterior and interior
Keep all the offices toilets clean and sanitized and stocked with supplies
Keep inventory and purchase all the janitorial items
Ensure that the kitchen, including the sink, countertop, refrigerators, dispensers and microwaves are clean at all times
Put on and off the Generator and appropriate electrical changeover of power
MESSANGER DUTIES
Run errands for the Office as needed
CLERICAL DUTIES
Assisting with general office tasks, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, such as letters and packages.
Greeting and directing visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner
Take record and log of the PHCN daily units’ usage and daily fuel usage
