Cleaning/Fumigation Manager at Ringo

I am currently seeking to recruit for the vacancy below;

Requirements - 

• Minimum of 5 years working in a fumigation organization/firm
• Minimum of 3 years working in a supervisory/managerial role in a fumigation company
• Inspect commercial and residential buildings and the surrounding property to identify the type and source of infestation, determine how much damage has been done and secure access to the infested locations
• Measure the dimensions of the infested area to calculate the requirements for fumigants, and provide the client with an estimated cost for service
• Develop treatment plans and prevention methods to remove pest problems for clients and reduce the risk of re-infestation
• Provide clients with safety warnings and other directions regarding leaving the premises or covering sensitive furnishing and other items during the treatment process
• Treat rooms, furnishings, wood, clothing, ditches and surrounding grasslands and trees by spraying powders, gasses or other chemical solutions on affected areas
• Direct and assist co-workers during the extermination process to remove or eliminate insects, rodents or weeds
• Remove dead insects, rodents and weeds, and ensure the premises are free of all treatment chemicals and equipment before leaving the job site
• Daily Audits of the company to determine general maintenance and janitorial needs.
• Input and assign work orders for Janitorial staff
• Build daily load for Project Cleaner.
• Supervises and coordinate maintenance services and repairs pertaining to buildings and related equipment.
• Assist client with maintenance and general procurement of sub-contractor services, schedules installations, repairs and oversees that such repairs & janitorial tasks are accomplished in a safe and timely manner.
• In conjunction with client formulate and implement preventative maintenance programs dependent on site specific systems, equipment and building maintenance.
• Ensures implementation of safety regulations and programs.
• Maintain accurate records with regard to annual inspection of equipment and general preventative maintenance including rotational work assignment and over-time allowances.
• Manage budgetary needs, monitor expenditures and take corrective action when needed.
• To take ownership for the business and suggest improvements which will result in increased income and/or reduced costs.
• Supervise subordinate personnel including: hiring, determining workload and delegating assignments, training, monitoring and evaluating performance, and initiating corrective or disciplinary actions.
• Monitors and evaluates operations, programs, processes and/or practices for quality and effectiveness; makes recommendations for improvement
• Develop, evaluate, review plans and criteria for a variety of projects and activities; assesses feasibility of proposals
• Ensure that all legislative requirements are met
• Ensure that all of the services provided excel in performance standards and meet all customer expectations.
• Understanding of various Federal, Provincial/State and local codes and regulations involving safety and sanitation.
• Ability to meet with service contractors and vendors regarding the negotiation of contracts, agreements and guarantees.
