Cleaner at Stresert Services Limited

Location: VI, Lagos

Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper vacuum cleaning, polishing of natural stones and marble floors.
• Sweeping & mopping floors using the appropriate cleaning materials/reagent with wet or damp mops.
• Prompt response to any cleaning task.
• Cleaning of windows, glass partitions, doors & walls. Using mirrors cleaners, sponges and squeegees
• Sweeping and cleaning surrounding areas.
• Daily dusting, disinfect, cleaning of dirt including cobweb around the ceilings and wall.
• Washing, cleaning and disinfecting rest rooms and other convenience.
• Carrying out deep cleaning and disinfect tasks, notifying the management of any deficiencies or defect spotted.
• Cleaning of staircase hand rail, balustrade glass.
• Replace hand towels, soap, sanitizer and toilet paper in restrooms on a regular basis.
• Ensure proper cleanliness of the areas around the offices, walkways and parking slot.
• Disposal & cleaning of trash can & receptacles.
• Periodic washing of swimming pool canopies and cleaning of the pool area

Skills

• Identifying the right cleaning equipment & using cleaning machinery & observing the right procedures for all clean tasks.
• Good intuitive & detail to attention.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals.
• Ability to work without supervision & give support to other department.
• Communication and teamwork.

Requirements

• Min of OND, NCE, SSCE
• Min of 3-5 years of cognate experience
