Cleaner / Office Assistant at TIA Technologies Limited

Job Description

• Perform cleaning functions as required, including washing, sweeping, dusting, vacuum-cleaning, and polishing.
• Clean surfaces consistently, including floors, furniture, walls, doors, windows, carpets, curtains, and washroom towels.
• Keep office rooms, kitchens, and toilets clean and hygienic.
• Always ensure facilities' cleanliness and report any damage and mismanagement to the line supervisor.
• Empty and clean wastepaper baskets always
• Sort and distribute communications promptly.
• Monitor the level of supplies and handle shortages.
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.
• Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues.
• Perform receptionist duties when needed.
• And any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Candidate must have either SSCE or OND certificate
• Proven working experience as a Cleaner/Office Assistant
• Ability to communicate
• Time management
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must live around Gbagada environs.
