Our client, a leading Real Estate Construction company is looking to fill the role of a;
Location: V.I, Lagos

Responsibilities:

• Monitor progress and compile reports in project status.
• Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials.
• Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required.
• Preparing and implementing project plans.
• Confidently liaising with clients and other professional subcontractors.
• Project management duties (e.g. managing budgets, resources, and deadlines; acquiring and compiling quotes, etc.).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in relevant industry.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite, report writing, ability to write clear and comprehensive technical documentation.
