Civil Engineer at First Excelsia

Our client, a leading Real Estate company, is seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer to join its dynamic team.

The ideal role holder would be required to skillfully manage civil engineering projects across all levels from conceptualization to completion.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate civil engineering projects from start to conclusion
• Ensure that budgetary and schedule restrictions are adhered to.
• Design, evaluate, and optimize civil engineering systems and structures using relevant software and tools.
• Oversee construction activities, and site assessments, and ensure adherence to safety regulations and design specifications.
• Work closely with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Ensure projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations and obtain necessary permits.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for proposed projects and monitor project costs throughout the development and construction phases.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design drawings, technical reports, and project records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in civil engineering.
• Professional Certification
• Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
