The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and executing civil engineering works on-site while ensuring compliance with industry standards and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all civil construction activities on-site (road construction).
• Interpret project designs, drawings, and specifications accurately.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Monitor progress and ensure projects are delivered within budget and timeframes.
• Collaborate with architects, surveyors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain site records, prepare reports, and attend project meetings as required.
• Solve on-site challenges promptly and effectively

• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Deep understanding of construction methods, materials, and standards.
• Excellent knowledge of structural works, concrete, drainage, and road construction.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and site layouts.

 Qualifications:

• A degree or HND in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of practical experience in civil construction or site engineering.
• Certification in construction site management or occupational health and safety is an advantage.
• Candidates residing in Ebonyi State or neighboring states are highly preferred.
