Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales across assigned city/region to achieve targets.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and brand visibility.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and provide actionable insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
