Chief Technology Officer at Tanta Innovative Limited

• We are seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead and shape the technological strategy of Tanta Innovative Limited. As the CTO, you will work closely with the executive team to align technology with business objectives, manage the technology development roadmap, and ensure we deliver world-class solutions to our clients. This is a leadership position requiring a blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and strong team management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Technology Leadership:

• Define and execute the company’s technology strategy, aligning it with business goals.
• Drive innovation in software development, cybersecurity, AI, AR/VR, and SaaS product offerings.
• Oversee the development of both in-house and client-facing solutions, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure products.

Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of developers, engineers, and IT professionals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, sales, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of projects.
• Ensure continuous improvement through team training, knowledge sharing, and leadership in adopting best practices.

Technical Oversight

• Oversee the architecture and design of backend systems, particularly those using Next.js 14, Payload CMS, Typescript, and other cutting-edge technologies.
• Direct the implementation of tools and platforms like GitHub Actions, AWS, Redis + BullMQ, and Azure DevOps for CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and task management.
• Ensure robust data security practices across all company projects, especially in products like our Cybersecurity Assessment Tool.

Product Development:

• Guide the creation and scaling of Tanta Innovative’s flagship products, including AR/VR retail solutions, SaaS products, and the Enterprise Blog System.
• Drive continuous improvement in the user experience and functionality of all Tanta Innovative Limited products.

Stakeholder Management:

• Serve as the primary technology spokesperson in meetings with stakeholders, clients, and partners.
• Collaborate with the CEO to drive company growth through technological innovation and operational excellence.

Key Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Experience:

• At least 7-10 years of experience in technology leadership roles.
• Proven track record of successfully managing technology teams and delivering large-scale, complex software projects.
• Deep understanding of modern tech stacks, including Next.js, Payload CMS, Typescript, and AWS.
• Experience with cybersecurity practices and cybersecurity tools development.
• Strong experience with cloud infrastructure and DevOps, especially using Azure DevOps and AWS.
• Experience working with SaaS platforms and AR/VR technologies is a significant advantage.
