Tobams Group is looking for a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who can turn bold ideas into scalable systems and technology into real-world impact. As CTO, you’ll be the technology backbone of a global movement, designing, leading, and scaling world-class AI systems that bring learning to life for millions. From machine learning and NLP to cloud infrastructure and adaptive learning platforms, your work will shape how knowledge is accessed, personalized, and delivered worldwide.
This role is for someone with:
Deep technical leadership experience (10+ years)
Strong grounding in AI, EdTech, SaaS, or platform ecosystems
A Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or Educational Technology
Proven success building and scaling digital ecosystems
A founder’s mindset, entrepreneurial, strategic, and impact-driven
