Technology Strategy & Vision: 

• Develop and articulate a clear, long-term technology vision and strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and market opportunities.
• Identify emerging technologies and assess their potential impact and applicability to the business.

Product Development & Engineering:

• Implement and manage agile development methodologies and best practices to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, security, and performance of our technologyplatforms and products.

Leadership and Team Management

• Recruiting, hiring, and mentoring technology staff
• Define and manage team structures, roles, and responsibilities.

• Managing budgets and resource allocation for technology projects
• Build, lead, and mentor a world-class technology team, attracting, retaining, and developing top talent.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.

Security and Risk Management: 

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud services, and security systems.
• Ensure robust cybersecurity measures are in place to protect company and customer data.
• Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement of technology assets.
• Developing and enforcing technology policies and procedures
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration: 

• Collaborate closely with other executive team members to ensure technology strategy supports overall business goals.
• Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Represent the company's technology vision to external partners, investors, and customers.
• Presenting technology plans and progress to the executive team and board of directors
• Engaging with customers, partners, and investors to understand their needs and expectations
• Representing the company at industry events and conferences

Data Management & Analytics: 

• Oversee the company's data strategy, including data governance, storage, security, and analytics.
• Leverage data insights to inform business decisions and drive product improvements.
