Salary: N350,000-N400,000

Job Brief:

We are seeking a strategic and operational leader for our technology department, driving innovation, ensuring network reliability, and aligning technology initiatives with our business goals. You will oversee the design, development, and execution of our telecommunications infrastructure, products, and services.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company’s long-term technology strategy in alignment with business objectives.
• Lead the planning and scaling of telecommunication infrastructure, including wireless, broadband, and enterprise network solutions.
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
• Manage and mentor cross-functional engineering and IT teams.
• Ensure the security, compliance, and scalability of all technical operations.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to drive innovation and market competitiveness.
• Represent the company in technical partnerships, industry events, and regulatory discussions.

Qualification:

• Proven experience (5 years) in senior technical leadership roles within the telecommunications industry.
• Deep expertise in telecommunication systems including wireless networks, VoIP, fiber optics, and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and industry standards.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
