Role Description

• This is a full-time Chief Security Officer role located on-site in Lagos.
• The Chief Security Officer will be responsible for overseeing the security operations of the company, implementing security policies and procedures, managing security personnel, conducting risk assessments, and developing security strategies to protect the company's assets and personnel.

Qualifications

• Security Operations, Risk Assessment, and Security Policies skills
• retired military or Police personnel
• Experience in managing security personnel and developing security strategies
• Knowledge of security technology and systems
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the financial or banking industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related field
