Job Summary:

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) role requires a strategic leader who can drive operational excellence, ensure efficient delivery of services, and support the company’s growth initiatives. 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across all business units, including engineering technology solution, assets performance, training, and outsourcing services.
• Collaborate with the executive team to set strategic goals and drive company growth.
• Lead the execution of long-term business strategies that enhance market penetration and diversification.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years of senior management experience in the engineering, consulting, or oil and gas industry.
