JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute the company’s overall strategic vision and business objectives.
• Lead and oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless and efficient processes across all departments.
• Monitor financial performance, identify areas of development, and implement cost-effective measures.
• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that contribute to the growth and success of the organization.
• Oversee the implementation of quality assurance programs to maintain high service standards.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

• Bachelor’s degree Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing operations in a similar role.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a high-performing team.
• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in the hospitality industry.
