Role Description

• We are seeking a highly accomplished Chief Operating Officer (COO) to provide strategic leadership, oversee day-to-day operations, and drive sustainable growth across the organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to partner closely with the CEO and Board in shaping the company’s long-term vision and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction to align operations with business objectives.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity across all business units.
• Develop and institutionalize policies, systems, and processes that support scale and performance.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and key operational indicators.
• Lead and mentor departmental heads to achieve organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards and industry regulations.
• Champion innovation, digital transformation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 12–15 years of progressive leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior executive or C-level role.
• Strong background in operations, finance, and corporate governance.
• Proven track record of organizational transformation and measurable growth delivery.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-sector operations with sound decision-making capability
