• We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Marketing Manager to lead business growth initiatives, drive revenue expansion, and enhance market positioning. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to drive revenue and market expansion.
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships to unlock new business opportunities and expand customer and vendor bases.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners to maximize business potential.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive strategies to inform business development tactics.
• Lead initiatives focused on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven insights.
• Build and manage a high-performing sales and business development team to execute growth plans.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align business development strategies with overall company objectives.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on the success of business development initiatives.
• Negotiate and close large-scale deals and contracts with clients and partners.
• Spearhead efforts to expand market presence in existing and new regions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in business development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven success in driving business growth, increasing market share, and executing strategic partnerships.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
