• Experience in developing and implementing IT strategies
• Knowledge of business processes and ability to align technology with business objectives
• Proven track record in driving innovation and digital transformation initiatives
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience in the banking or financial industry is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
