Chief Flight Instructor at International Aviation College

Job Description

• The Chief Flight Instructor is responsible for the overall administration of flight training to include safety of training, quality of training and Student service.
• He/She manages all aspects of flight training and responsible for the welfare of all flight Students.
• HeShe manages a team of Instructors Pilots to accomplish flight department goals.

Qualifications Required

• Preferably, applicants for this position must have 1 - 2 years managerial experience in a Flight Training Organization in a similar position.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in an internationally recognized Approved Training Organization (ATO), must posses a current CPL or ATPL License.
• Must be holder of Flight Instructor Rating(FIFII,FMEI)
• Must have a Multi-Crew Instructor certificate and Minimum of total flight time of 1500hrs as a Pilot in a Multi-Crew environment and must have at minimum the following
• HPL Training certificate
• FAA/NCAA.
