Responsibilities
Lead financial strategy, planning, and forecasting to support business growth
Oversee financial reporting, compliance, and regulatory requirements
Manage budgeting, cash flow, and financial controls across the organization
Provide strategic insights to support investment, advisory, and business decisions
Supervise finance teams and ensure efficient financial operations
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum of 10+ years experience in finance leadership roles within consulting, financial advisory, or fintech
Professional certification such as ICAN, ACCA, or ACA is mandatory
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, and corporate finance
Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills
