As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will provide strategic financial leadership, oversee financial planning and reporting, and ensure strong financial governance while supporting business growth within the pharmaceutical sector.
Responsibilities
Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across the organization
Oversee treasury management, cash flow planning, and financial risk management
Ensure compliance with statutory financial regulations, tax obligations, and internal financial controls
Provide financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership for strategic decision-making
Supervise finance operations including accounting, audits, and financial systems management
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline
Minimum of 8 years finance experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Professional certification such as ICAN, ACCA, or ACA is mandatory
Experience within the banking sector is an added advantage
Strong knowledge of corporate finance, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance
