Job Description

• Our client seeks to employ a Chief financial officer (CFO) to oversee its finance department.
• He or she must have 10/15 years cognate experience in finance, accounting and relevant Field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and market trends, providing valuable insights for strategic decision making
• Monitor the day to day financial operations including payroll, invoicing and transactions
• Mentor and develop finance professionals , enhancing their skills and capabilities
• Establish and maintain robust financial policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and compliance across the organization
• Identify potential areas of financial risk and develop strategies to minimize them, ensuring the company’s stability etc.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or any relevant field
• 10-15 years of finance experience
• ICAN or ACCA is required
• Efficient managerial skill is required.
