• Our client is an indigenous marine support company incorporated to provide marine services in Nigeria. We offer the latest generation of offshore support vessels ideally suited to meet the specific needs of various requirements in the oil and gas industry across the world.
• Our vision is to be the leading provider of safe, efficient and professional marine logistics services to enhance client’s operations and we are categorized “AA” in the marine vessel utilization report of the NCDMB.
• The purpose of this job shall be to:
• Driving the company’s financial planning
• Performing risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments
• Deciding on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks

Technical Knowledge/Skills:

• Excellent knowledge and understanding of generally accepted accounting principles, practices and financial management.
• Knowledge of financial, budgetary and accounting systems, methods and control procedures.
• Possess a high level of written and oral communication skills.

Experience:

• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience for a major company or division of a large corporation in a senior financial managerial position.
• Experience in Corporate Finance is a MUST.
• Experience in Financial Modelling is required.
• Should have experience in partnering with an executive team.
• Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration
• Must be a Certified Chartered Accountant
• A first degree in Accounting, Business, Economics or related fields.
• CFA Charter holder
