Position Overview

• We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our finance team and oversee all financial activities of the company. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in banking or financial services and a proven track record in financial leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Provide strategic guidance on financial planning, risk management, and investment opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA is a plus).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in senior financial management roles within the banking or financial services sector.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and leadership skills.
• Excellent knowledge of financial regulations, risk management, and corporate governance.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive organizational growth.
