Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Fifth Quadrant

Job description

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. They will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations.
• The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management.

Responsibilities

• Establishment and development of the Bank-wide financial management objectives, policies, procedures and practices that ensure that the Bank’s financial management continuously remains sound at all times
• Management and development of the accounting, tax, reporting, controlling and treasury units
• Oversight of all aspects of the finance functions of the Bank
• Development and maintenance of internal controls systems to safeguard financial assets of the
• Bank and to ensure effective and efficient operations
• Liquidity management, liquidity forecasts and funding of the Bank
• Capital management and planning
• Oversight of financial risks and the implementation of mitigation strategies
• Financial reporting management both internally and in compliance with external bodies
• Determine with management the financial implications of business activities
• Establishment of policies and procedures for all areas of financial management and their
• continuous development
• Responsiveness to particular financial challenges/issues

Qualifications

• Strong finance-based analytical skills
• 10-years of banking and finance experience
• Minimum 10-years of senior management experience and experience in partnering with an executive team
