    Chief Financial Analyst

    • Lead macroeconomic and financial market research, focusing on trends, risks, and opportunities across local and global markets.
    • Produce high-quality reports, forecasts, and thought leadership pieces on economic indicators, interest rates, exchange rates, inflation, monetary/fiscal policy, and capital markets.
    • Oversee a team of analysts, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and clarity in all deliverables.
    • Represent the company in media interviews, webinars, and industry panels.
    • Collaborate with the editorial/media team to shape research-driven content.
    • Provide actionable intelligence to investors, clients, and the public.
    • Develop and maintain key financial models and databases.
    • Monitor and interpret policy decisions, market developments, and geopolitical events that may impact the economy and financial markets.
    • Build relationships with key stakeholders in government, private sector, and academia.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Economics, or related field.
    • 4–5 years of experience in financial research, economic analysis, or capital markets.
    • Strong understanding of macroeconomic theory and its application to financial markets.
    • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.
    • Proficiency in tools like Excel, Eikon, Power BI, or Python/R (a plus).
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
    • Media or public speaking experience is an advantage.
