Chief Finance Officer at SIAO

About the Role:

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a seasoned and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This executive role is ideal for a visionary finance leader with a strong track record in financial planning, capital management, and organizational growth. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping financial strategy, ensuring compliance, and steering the company toward long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial strategy, planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
• Manage corporate finance functions including capital raising, investor relations, and treasury.
• Oversee financial reporting, ensuring compliance with IFRS and regulatory standards.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team on business performance and growth.
• Ensure robust internal controls, risk management, and audit frameworks are in place.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and other financial structuring activities.
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team to ensure high performance and alignment with company goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field. MBA is an added advantage.
• Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, or CFA is required.
• Minimum of 10–15 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a C-suite or senior executive position.
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance, IFRS, compliance, and risk management.
• Experience working in [insert industry, e.g., fintech, real estate, or manufacturing] is a plus.
• Proven ability to drive strategic growth and build investor confidence.
