Chief Engineer - DP Maintenance
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 3 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Engineering / Technical , Shipping and Maritime
Purpose
- To lead the engineering department, ensuring safe operation and maintenance of all vessel systems including DP-related equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for all technical operations.
- Ensure uptime of engines, generators, and DP systems.
- Lead engine room crew and maintenance planning.
- Maintain logs and PMS (Planned Maintenance System).
Requirements
- Chief Engineer CoC (Class 1)
- DP Maintenance Certificate
- 3+ years in similar role on DP vessels
- Strong knowledge of Class and Flag requirements.
