Job Summary

As Our Chief Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for managing compliance within the bank, ensuring that all policies, procedures, and actions align with regulatory requirements and internal policies. The CCO will play a critical role in maintaining the bank’s integrity and reputation by managing legal and regulatory risk, overseeing compliance programs, and ensuring the organization adheres to applicable laws, rules, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the bank’s compliance program, policies, and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML), anti-bribery, sanctions, data privacy, and consumer protection.
• Monitor and audit the effectiveness of compliance programs across all areas of the bank, including branches and subsidiaries.
• Work closely with internal audit, legal, and risk management teams to ensure effective coordination on compliance-related matters.
• Lead investigations into compliance violations or irregularities, ensuring prompt resolution and remediation of issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior compliance role, preferably within a bank or financial institution.
• Extensive knowledge of banking regulations, including but not limited to AML, KYC, FATCA, and consumer protection laws.
