    Chief AI & Solution Architect

    Role Overview

    • We are seeking an exceptional Chief AI & Solution Architect with a proven track record of leading enterprise AI strategy, solution architecture, and client engagement at scale. The ideal candidate embodies the blend of a visionary AI technologist, strategic advisor, and skilled trainer—someone who can lead AI transformations end-to-end while empowering teams through high-impact skilling and hands-on consulting.
    • This role requires deep expertise in GenAI and Agentic AI, strong client-facing skills including pre-sales and solution presentations, and demonstrated leadership in building AI innovation ecosystems.

    Key Responsibilities

    AI Consulting & Enterprise Solution Architecture

    • Lead complex AI solution projects across BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, IT, and services sectors—translating business challenges into scalable AI systems.
    • Design advanced AI architectures utilizing LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini), RAG pipelines, autonomous agents, and orchestration frameworks for client-specific use cases like fraud detection, intelligent document processing, IT automation, and supply chain optimization.
    • Own pre-sales technical engagements, lead discovery sessions, and craft tailored AI proposals that resonate with client needs and drive successful deal closures.
    • Serve as the trusted AI advisor for CXO-level stakeholders, shaping AI strategy and embedding AI into core business processes to unlock measurable value.

    Training, Skilling & Capability Development

    • Architect and deliver modular GenAI training programs for diverse audiences including CXOs, functional heads, data scientists, and business analysts.
    • Lead and mentor internal teams and client resources through immersive bootcamps, workshops, and hackathons to rapidly build AI capabilities and drive adoption.
    • Innovate learning architectures aligning with industry transformation trends and enterprise maturity models.
    • Monitor training effectiveness and iterate content to maintain cutting-edge relevance.

     Innovation Labs & AI Platform Enablement

    • Strategize, build, and operate AI innovation labs and Centers of Excellence equipped with no-code/low-code platforms, multimodal AI interfaces, and enterprise-grade integrations.
    • Lead platform modernization initiatives leveraging OCI, Hugging Face, LangChain, Vertex AI, NVIDIA DGX, and related AI infrastructure to enable scalable, secure, and compliant AI workflows.
    • Curate a reusable AI use-case library across sectors to accelerate delivery and solution reuse.

    Client Partnership & Ecosystem Leadership

    • Cultivate and deepen long-term client relationships through delivery excellence, strategic advisory, and proactive solution evolution.
    • Develop sector-specific AI playbooks and transformation roadmaps aligned to client KPIs and business outcomes.
    • Represent Regenesys at industry events, forums, and innovation summits to enhance brand visibility and foster partnerships with hyperscalers, startups, and academia.

    Ideal Candidate Profile

    • 20+ years in AI and enterprise technology, including 4+ years focused on GenAI, Agentic AI, and AI-driven business transformation.
    • Proven leadership delivering 500+ hours of corporate training, bootcamps, and workshops in BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Technology.
    • Mastery of AI technologies: GPT-family LLMs, RAG, LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith, and autonomous agents orchestration.
    • Extensive experience with AI platforms and cloud infrastructure such as OCI, Hugging Face, Vertex AI, NVIDIA DGX.
    • Strong pre-sales skills: discovery, client requirement analysis, solution co-creation, and persuasive technical presentations.
    • Ability to influence and advise CXOs with compelling storytelling and business alignment.
    • Passion for mentoring and building high-performance AI Centers of Excellence.
